    Tuesday “Tune-In” Evening Meditation

    Every Tuesday, 6-7:30 pm

    Doors open 6, 6:30, 7:00

    Tune-in to your inherent insight, peacefulness, and compassion through quiet sitting and walking meditation. This can help unwind from the workday and reset for the week. We are all invited to slow down, take a breath, and develop more appreciation for ourselves and the world.

    Everyone welcome, especially beginners. Meditation Instruction available.

    We will be practicing basic walking and sitting meditation in 30-minute blocks. Please plan to arrive when the doors open. To maintain an atmosphere of peace and quiet, outside doors will be locked after 10 minutes. 

    You are welcome to meditate for 30, 60, or 90 minutes; whatever feels right and restful for you. You may exit at any time.
