Children's Yoga and Mindfulness ages 7-12

September 15th—October 20th

Beginning on September 15th, these classes will be held on the the third Sunday of every month. Students will be engaged in creative movement through yoga and mindfulness exercises. A craft and a snack will be included in this session. Continue »
