    Tension and stress accumulate in the body causing:
    • Musculoskeletal pain and discomfort
    • Decreased muscle strength and vitality
    • Decreased range of motion

    In this workshop, you will:
    • Locate tension and stress in your body
    • Use the balls to release tension, stress
    • Utilize subtle movement, focused awareness and breath to increase the effectiveness of the work with the balls

    About Karen - Karen DiGirolamo is a self-employed licensed massage therapist, yoga instructor and Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner. Since 1999 Karen’s passion has been empowering individuals on their journey toward vibrant health and wellness through therapeutic bodywork, yoga and stress reduction practices. She was formerly the Mind Body Movement coordinator and Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner at UK HealthCare Integrative Medicine & Health. In these roles Karen utilized her YCat Yoga for Cancer & Chronic Illness training and provided Jin Shin Jyutsu sessions for patients in the hospital.
