    These are online Zoom Classes. If you cannot attend the live class you can register and receive a YouTube link after each class session.

    Tai Chi has been shown to enhance health, improve balance and promote an overall sense of well-being. It consists of a set of simple movements done individually one after another to create a form. This six-week class will teach a simplified short form of Tai Chi that consists of seven movements and will include Qigong warm-up movements, breathing exercises and a guided meditation at the end of each class. All classes will be recorded and videos made available to participants for review at their convenience.
