    Moving into Stillness:  Yoga and Meditation in the Morning

    Thursdays in February from 7:30-8:45 am.

    Lance Brunner will offer a session of hatha yoga followed by a half hour of sitting meditation.  Yoga asanas (postures) were designed to rid the body of excess stress, restore balance, and allow us to move into stillness with the clear mind. 

    No prior yoga experience or equipment is required, but if you do own a yoga mat, please bring it.  

    Registration is not required - simply show up! Although there is no fee for this class, donations to the Shambhala Center are always appreciated.
